What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code and the notes you write about your project. We do not ask for payment card details or sensitive personal information through our forms.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, discuss your project scope and prepare an estimate. If you check the optional updates box, we may also send you occasional emails about our projects and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions are saved in our website database, which is hosted on Supabase, and a copy is emailed to our team through the email delivery service Resend. Those providers process the information on our behalf so we can receive and answer your request. The only parties that receive your submission are those two providers and our own team, and we share it with them only so we can receive and answer your request.
Website measurement
This site loads the Google Ads tag. The tag uses cookies or similar identifiers, and it sends Google information about your browser and device, the pages you visit on this site and how you interact with advertising, which Google uses for measurement and reporting. The details Google receives from the tag itself are determined by Google, not by us.
When a quote request is successfully saved, we additionally send Google Ads an event recording that a request happened, along with that submission's non personal reference number and a nominal value of one dollar used only for lead measurement. The names, contact details and project notes you enter in our forms are not included in that conversion event. If this measurement fails or is blocked, your request is still saved and sent to us.
On some pages, visitors who arrive from a Google ad may see a Google forwarding phone number in place of our main number. Calls to that number connect to us, and Google uses it to measure calls that follow ad visits, including details such as the call's start and end time, duration, whether it connected, and the caller's area code. We do not use this feature to record call audio.
Optional OpenAI quote measurement
The flooring quote form has a separate, optional box that lets us measure that quote request with OpenAI to understand our ChatGPT advertising. It is unchecked by default, and you still get your quote if you leave it unchecked. Your choice applies only to the request you are submitting at that time.
If you check it and your request is saved, your browser loads a small image from OpenAI once. That request carries a random event number that is not linked to your submission, and an OpenAI ad click reference if you arrived from a ChatGPT ad. Like any web request, it also exposes normal network details such as your IP address and browser information, plus our site's address. We do not send your name, contact details, ZIP code, project notes or any hashed form data, and we do not use OpenAI's automatic matching. This section describes only this OpenAI measurement and does not describe the Google measurement above.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing masterstouchprojects@gmail.com or calling 703 915 1994.
