What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code and the notes you write about your project. We do not ask for payment card details or sensitive personal information through our forms.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, discuss your project scope and prepare an estimate. If you check the optional updates box, we may also send you occasional emails about our projects and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions are saved in our website database, which is hosted on Supabase, and a copy is emailed to our team through the email delivery service Resend. Those providers process the information on our behalf so we can receive and answer your request. The only parties that receive your submission are those two providers and our own team, and we share it with them only so we can receive and answer your request.
Website measurement
This site loads the Google Ads tag. The tag uses cookies or similar identifiers, and it sends Google information about your browser and device, the pages you visit on this site and how you interact with advertising, which Google uses for measurement and reporting. The details Google receives from the tag itself are determined by Google, not by us.
When a quote request is successfully saved, we additionally send Google Ads an event recording that a request happened, along with that submission's non personal reference number and a nominal value of one dollar used only for lead measurement. The names, contact details and project notes you enter in our forms are not included in that conversion event. If this measurement fails or is blocked, your request is still saved and sent to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing masterstouchprojects@gmail.com or calling 703 915 1994.
